We don’t just talk about quality, we prove it. Each product undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it stands the test of time. From durability to wash and wear tests, we make sure our products maintain their vibrant colours and elasticity, even after many washes. Additionally, we conduct thorough quality checks on every new product before it reaches you, ensuring that it meets our high standards.

Production & ordering times.

Every product in our catalogue is made on demand. This means that once you place an order, we get to work creating your item just for you. While this process takes time, it allows us to avoid the pitfalls of overproduction, making us all part of the sustainable fashion movement. Committed to responsible production.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to the production process itself. Most of the printers used by our producers are energy-efficient, consuming less electricity, water, and chemicals than standard industry printers. We primarily use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, a more sustainable method compared to traditional screen printing. DTG uses water-based inks, which are gently absorbed by the fabric, making it ideal even for intricate designs. For our paper prints, such as framed posters, we use Epson ink, known for its low environmental impact.

Can I cancel or exchange my order?

When you return us an item(s), make sure the items are in their original condition. For more information please check out our returns policy.

Please note that, for hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer refunds for a product that has been opened out of the packaging and used or accidentally damaged. This does not affect your legal rights.

Incorrect Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returns Address - The return address for our partner is: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.

If a product does not contain any defects, we will be unable to refund the order due to buyer’s remorse.

Size - We can provide a size exchange if required. However, two-way shipping costs will apply.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address on orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'.

If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a secure location if possible. If not, your tracking information will be updated accordingly.

Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

Yes, the shipping cost is dependent on the size and weight of the product(s). We offer a fast delivery service for all customers who are based all over the world.

Are there any other charges on my order?

In some countries, customers may be required to pay VAT and any applicable duties to the carrier.

Delivery times can range from 7 days up to 28 days for non-tracked shipments. This depends on the country of delivery and production speed. You will be notified by email when your order has initialised its delivery process to your location.

No, you do not need to register an account to place an order. On the checkout page, please select 'Continue as a Guest' to complete your purchase.

How do I change the details in my account?

Why can't I sign into my account?

Our brand is responsible & sustainable, and we have long-term goals that define our brand personality. Our apparel is made-to-order and we aim to be greener than traditional retail. All of our long-lasting quality garments last through so much usage & many washes. Therefore, the ethical handmade production time of our apparel range from 2 to 7 days.

Quality control is kept to a high standard. However, it may be the situation that our printing & delivery partners may accidentally let through an item that has physical defects. This could be due to a manufacturer’s error, fulfilment error or damage during shipping.
